The Ashram is a peaceful sanctuary of worship that provides free counseling and healing services to abused women, seniors, and veterans, as well as, free meals to un-housed individuals. Our intention is to help the community anyway we can. Unfortunately, there are some people that are abused, mentally disturbed, physically challenged, have trauma, fear of life, feel hopeless, lack of motivation, and low self-esteem, etc. We listen to their problems; then, guide them and encourage them in a direction that instills motivation and courage to find a job, live a decent life, and contribute back to society. Furthermore, we give them resources and connections with other organizations, so they can become a fully functioning individual in our society. Many times, in the past, we received phone calls from the jail and mental institution; they want to improve their lives. We never degrade or disrespect anyone who is seeking help from our ashram; these people are members of our society, so they deserve to have a second chance. Guru Divine Soul Rami has the greatest love for humanity, and is kind to all living things. She gives her highest blessings to heal and overcome all the obstacles that they’re facing. Moreover, during the holidays, Diwali and Christmas, we giveaway toys to the less fortunate children. In addition, our ashram supports numerous nonprofit organizations. We help the community to make a better place for all of us.
